If you have a choice, bear in mind that making a payment by cheque or bank transfer does mean that we receive all of your donation because we avoid paying the commission charges for credit and debit card transactions.
What Will Happen to My Money?
The bank account has been set up using an Escrow Agreement. In legal terms Escrow means "money, goods or a written document, held by a trusted third party, pending the fulfillment of some condition."
The trustees or agents for this fund are Lord Lucas and Tom Conti. They will be responsible for authorising the payments made to the legal team from your contributions.
In the future all requests for legal challenges will be evaluated by a steering committee. Anyone can apply.
